What do i do if i have a fault with my cellar equipment?
Call us and we will log the fault with the relevant brewery

What if i have a faulty container?
Contact us and we will arrange for the container to be uplifted and returned to the relevant brewer. Please note that all breweries have minimum contents criteria which are:
10G = 7 gallon minimum
11G = 8 gallon minimum
18G = 15 gallon minimum
22G = 19 gallon minimum
Anything returned below minimum content will not receive any credit. -
How long does cask beer last once opened?
3 – 5 days maximum
